Brian Baloyi (born 16 March 1974〔(Soccerway profile )〕 in Alexandra, Gauteng) is a retired South African football (soccer) goalkeeper. Baloyi made his professional debut in 1993. He joined league rivals Mamelodi Sundowns in 2004 after playing for Kaizer Chiefs for over a decade. He is commonly nicknamed "Spiderman". ==International career== He made his debut against Netherlands on 4 June 1997 in a 2-0 loss.〔http://www.rsssf.com/tablesz/zaf-intres2000.html〕 In the 8th minute, Giovanni van Bronckhorst drilled a stunning long-range goal past Baloyi.〔http://www.kickoffnigeria.com/mobile/news/17510/friday-kick-off-quiz-answers〕 He played for South Africa national football team and was in part of the squad that travelled to France for the 1998 FIFA World Cup.〔(1998 FIFA World Cup – South Africa Squad )〕 and to the 2000 Olympic Games in Sydney.
